Some stories are written in the course of time, along with a cast of first-rate players.<\/p>\n

For several years now, Diam Asia Thailand<\/a><\/strong> has had the opportunity to collaborate with Bollinger, one of the most emblematic Champagne Maisons.
\nCreated in 1829 in A\u00ff, Bollinger has a taste for excellence.<\/strong> Growing its own grapes in its seven vineyards, cultivating distinctive pinot noir vine variety, being the last one to build its own barrels… the Maison strives to preserve its uniqueness and refined production methods.<\/p>\n

For over 40 years, Bollinger champagne has appeared on the set of the most famous British secret agent, James Bond. This year, Bollinger dedicates its exceptional 2011 vintage to No Time to die<\/em>, the 25th<\/sup> film of the saga, which will be released in cinemas in November.<\/p>\n

Accustomed to Bollinger limited editions<\/strong>, our teams have taken on the challenge of this immersive creation.
\nIt took over a year and a half<\/strong> to develop this outstanding set<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As usual, the finishing touches are exceptional.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Case in reconstituted Macassar Ebony (protected precious wood) veneer.
\n\u2022 Open pore varnish to protect while keeping the feel and appearance of the surface.
\n\u2022 BOLLINGER007 silver screen printing on both sides.
\n\u2022 Inside in black mass dyed cardboard, ribbons to hold the information booklet.
\n\u2022 Smoked plexiglass plate, back-to-back screen printing, in more or less transparent white, where the saga titles and the brand signature dance and intermingle.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s nothing we do not excel in…<\/p>\n

But the real challenge lies in the opening system<\/strong> through hydraulic cylinders.
\nPassionate about technical innovations<\/strong>, it was the least we could do to echo the James Bond experience.
\nWith just a light pressure, the upper plate comes up following the movement of the bottle which rises and bends to 30\u00b0 (the so-called \u201cPush and Let Go\u201d system in behind-the-scenes jargon).
\nMany tests were necessary<\/strong> to ensure an identical opening for all the sets (as a significant volume is involved). All the metallic pieces were anodised in \u201cgun barrel\u201d colour. Both the gesture and the appearance had to be flawless.
\nMore subtle, though indispensable, it was necessary to come up with a swing system to delicately accompany the rising of the bottle, while allowing slight rotations.<\/p>\n

Between technical feasibility, sourcing, conception review and manufacturing, this project explores an entire experience at our Asian site<\/a><\/strong>, both in terms of its high quality workmanship and production capacity.<\/p>\n
